SPIRITUAL BADASSARY with Jacqui Rae Anderson
Jacqui’s personal story is one of finding her own feminine power and embodying that through practices of yoga and meditation. Through her spiritual journey of not fitting in she’s discovered the more feminine approach to yoga practices that honour nature cycles and the moon cycles. We explore the importance of the 7 chakras (energy centres along the spine) especially the base and sacral chakras and why they are so important.
Jacqui highlights 3 important elements to honour the feminine and embody our innate power
• Permission
• Surrender
• Vulnerability
And listen for her beautiful take away tips to help women who are in the struggle of pushing, exhaustion and overwhelm begin a new way of showing up in the world.

In Jacqui’s own words:
“I like to think of myself as a beautiful ray of sunshine bringing miracles into the lives of women. I’am a qualified yoga teacher in Vinyasa, Hatha, Bliss Baby Pre- and Post-natal and Restorative Women’s Yoga. I have qualifications in personal training, Doula Birth Support,Thai yoga massage, and hold a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education and a Graduate Certificate of Outdoor Education and a Masters of Social Work.
I have practiced yoga and alternative healing for more than ten years and have been teaching since 2010. I believe in the miracle of yoga and meditation for transforming moments into miracles thorough mindful movement and awareness. I’am a nurturing and mindful teacher who brings my heart and soul to guide you through all practices. My role in your life is to be your spiritual mentor, your teacher.
For me yoga is not just a source of abundance or a way of doing things, it’s my way of life and I have learnt so much from the people on this journey with me. I cannot wait to share, learn and delve into yoga and life each day. Yoga helped me survive the hardest days of my life and for this I am eternally grateful and have dedicated my path and dharma to sharing the gift that awoke me with others.”
