Trish talks with me about what it means to belong. What does sense of belonging mean.
Some of the questions she explores are:
Are you living the story of the ugly ducking, feeling like you don’t fit in, that you’re not enough?
She helps her clients dive into that story, and see where it is caught up, where it has lost its fluidity, where you can’t turn the page.
And how to unhook you from reading the same chapter, over and over again.
