Bye-Bye Perfectionism and Control

How to surrender to your wild creative muse and dive into the unknown.

  • Mark-making art techniques that help us loosen control and be open to surprises and possibilities.
  • Assess where you are still trying to control things and explore how to trust & surrender through connection to your inner Creatress.
  • THEME for November class - breaking it down and putting it back together in new creative ways. The art of collage making. 
  • How to apply this to your life, art, business flow.

What you need to know!

  • 2 hours
  • Zoom Room
  • $33 per session (AUD)
  • Tues 9th November @ 10:30 -12:30pm AEDT

What you need to bring!

  • Drawing paper - Cartridge or Watercolour paper. Thicker is better. (180gsm or heavier)
  • Some brushes, old stiff and newer soft any will do.
  • Acrylic paint, Watercolours, Watercolour pencils and/or crayons, graphite pencil, colored paper. (any or all of these.. whatever you have)
  • Longish crooked sticks (at least 30cm long) with a pointy end. Gather some on your walks. You can use a sharpener or blade to make the ends more pointy.
  • Scissors, glue, or glue stick
  • Smooth pieces of cardboard, square or rectangle sizes. At least 2 pieces of cardboard to work with 
  • Your favourite cup of tea

Aesha Kennedy is an artist, creativity mentor, and yin yoga and meditation instructor. Her mission is to help women fully accept who they are, own their unique expressions, and make their life and business a work of art.
